Food & traditionsDiscover San Sebastián Through Its Pintxos
Four bars, a local host and a city best discovered one bite at a time.
More than a drink: a tradition of gathering around the table.

A sagardotegi is a place to meet, share and enjoy the Basque way of eating together. A local host helps you choose a cider house and introduces the story of the apples, fermentation and customs that give this tradition its character.
If you choose to stay for a traditional menu, it is booked subject to availability and paid separately. Barrel tastings and the txotx ritual depend on the house, season and agreed programme. Our service is the local accompaniment and cultural introduction, not an automatically included meal.
